You are forgetting that the "congressional restraints" that you are referring to have to be "elected" first to offer that up.
My fear is not so much Sanders...but the growing support for him. Those people vote....and will put more like him in power. That is the threat....the feeling of power via momentum....and that my friend is a destroyer.
