Goes to show what Gary really knows about the SEC, the real value of the mine is probably $25 billion minimum, but they were concerned about looking like a P&D and let Harvesttime/Wild Stallion grab big rewards on their equity investments as well by valuing more conservative at the $1.4 Bil for the $1 PPS, all will be amazed when the filings are completed, very soon QLTS Nasdaq bound
