Think it's quite a shame you continually get poked in the eye by a select few that have a distorted view of others...and quite possibly their own agenda....kudos for speaking up to management. I too sent an EM with strong sentiment several weeks ago...no reply but the next day , iOS ultraflix was released. Probably just coincidental but makes me think they are listening and doing what they can....
