Its been so many years since I have been current on SEC law. Many years ago there use to be a quioet period of 30 days where no announcement were allowed to curb speculation. The laws have changed over the years and I have not kept up with them. I was hoping for the use of a shotgun on bashers but that has not happened either. Sometimes investing can be disappointing.
