C'mon already. His chances still are not that good. And, IF he did win he would face the same Congressional constraints that every president faces.

At best, or at worst depending on your opinion, he could put a modified 'single payer' on the table. A 'public option' that would force the insurance companies to compete. That would certainly shock them into more reasonable premiums, co-pays and deductibles.

So, it doesn't replace private insurance but rather forces it to stop and think about what they're charging, defend it or lower charges.

'Untethering' health insurance from employment should be discussed as well. Huge cost savings for employers, larger pool of people in the ACA pool...more pressure to lower premiums, co-pays and deductibles.

Raising the cap on SS withholding, which is how SS and Medicare have historically been made solvent, would also likely be on the table.

Ownership of the 'means of production'? Not so much. LOL
