Their intent is to either BK Treaty or close the doors. By this happening the payout to them will be like winning the lottery.
He knows he is out gas and at ropes end when the only thing he can post are links 5 to 7 ago, thinking that proves Treaty is a scam today. Investors are much smarter than that.
Again, Treaty needs to get the filings completed. Not sure if they all must be completed or not. Treaty has 3 Market Makers lined up to sponsor and file the needed documents to begin trading again.
They will fight it tooth and nail hoping to scare new investors away. It ain't happening
