But anyway, Im not sure if anyone already knows this. But malc is somewhat correct, they do need 3 year audits cuz of the person who was disqualified, and that is what they're working on. No other info will be released in the meantime.
He mentioned in the past they have always filed on time, and will continue to do so in the future.
I spoke to various CPAs, who said audits are a "bitch". And can take months or years to complete depending on company size. If they can release by the 13th, we are in good shape. Issues with auditing are not just counting receipts, its dealing with corrections demanded from the SEC.
