New letter in HPUC docket from DE Shaw.from iflub board.
""Although we do not know whether (or, ifso, when) SunEdison will file for bankruptcy, we believe .... that... the bankruptcy court would need to approve such a sale, thereby eliminating this risk.... we would like to take you up on your offer to meet, but would like to meet later in April, when there is a substantial chance your concerns regarding potential challenges to a sale will have been alleviated"
So either DE Shaw expects a court ruling permitting the sale of the HI projects... or, they expect BK to be avoided (10-K, forbearance, etc.)
So everyone... who do you think will pick up this news story?
