RIGHT ON! Never can back up or prove their statements. PLEASE PLEASE POST YOUR COMMENT OF WHY BASHERS BASH ON INVESTORSHUB.
Lets look at some facts:
won MSFT settlement (broad view) +positive
MSFT license agreement one time lump sum +positive **SPECULATIVE ON HOW MUCH**
Cyber security deal $9,000,000 +positive
New marketing and rolling out to stores +positive
Not quite of a good share structure –negative
Dilution right now –negative
Almost all debt is paid off –positive
CEO states no reverse split (others say yeah that’s what he said before **NEWS: NEVER FOUND A PR OR STATEMENT BY CEO THAT SAYS NO RS AND THEN DOES ONE**)
So for those of you saying ooohh they got a MSFT settlement, even if it isn’t much look broadly the company is almost out of debt and has signed a 9mill deal payable to 2020. To me the settlement is just extra, and IMO I don’t think it is multiple millions of dollars but somewhere **IMO** around 5-10 million.
The only reason the PPS is cheap is because of the terrible share structure.
