This was a post that I put up on Ihub that was deleted. I am posing to use the same logic of the dismissed bankruptcy case just reversed.

So TD if I take what you posted here and I sell all my Treaty shares and then after I do that Treaty really does start trading again on the pinks. Then do I recourse against you for posting they would never trade again. I believe that would be false and misleading information. You'll have to forgive me I was just pondering again. No attack just proposeing a question
