Cummins, the diesel truck engine, and the air cooled Chinese engine. All great. But how do you get a $100 million deal in China complete with a production facility, and then nothing ?
It sure makes me wonder. One other thing I wonder is if the delay in the annual report has to do with the recognition of the revenue from that China deal. We'll see.
