Re: SanMan129 #564
Thanks - I agree. I still have the recording of the intensive bashing that "Traderlife" did in the last hour of trading on March 18 during which there was improper use of public safety records which is a crime.

I found this which is very relevant: "The information in the Idaho ... offender registry is provided only for the purpose of protecting the public. It is not to be used for the purpose of harassing or intimidating anyone. A person who uses registry information to commit a criminal act against another person is subject to arrest and prosecution under sections 18-8326 or 18-8413, Idaho Code."

Many people were duped into selling for a loss during that period - particularly during the last 23 minutes.

Sooner or later, someone is going to make an issue out of the phone harassment and cyber bullying that has been ongoing - both with Ty and Intermountain - which can be federal offences when done across state lines.

In addition there may be grounds for libel.

"Per Ardua Ad Astra" - "Through Adversity To The Stars"

A very apposite motto for those who trade successfully in the OTC market..

All posts are my opinion - trade at your own risk.
