i believe its about 80% of the companies that don't survive death spiral financing from my memory from an article i read about death spiral financing.
Gerald broke my trust to many times, so he has zero credibility with me but i still have hope in a turnaround/miracle, its hard to imagine that a company with so much potential could go bankrupt.
There must be some kind of funding coming near term....
