When I was a parochial school kid I used to 'pull the pigtails', run around taking the lord's name in vain and just generally behaving like a free range little asshole.
Used to love the 'get out of jail', say a few Hail Marys, and 'go and sin no more' confessional........as if.
But then, one day, I put aside the things of a child and started taking responsibility for my actions. And so I ended up voting Dem more often than not!
'Cause I just couldn't stand the sanctimony and rank hypocrisy of the finger wagging 'do as I say, not as I do' conservatives who 'own' the GOP. I can't flip the channel on Joel Osteen after "This Week" fast enough!
Do some liberals behave that way? Sure, and I revile that too.
But for liberals that's a bug, not a feature!
