As the price goes down, it hammers us hard due to the constant dilution to our current holdings. It is awful.
But that doesn't mean our only chance is if the company is sold. ESS trials could start any day and be a game changer. If the are successful, the value of the company will be at least $100M. Even if we hit 150M outstanding shares, that still values the company at $0.67 a share. And it would trigger warrant exercises that would bring in new money.
And I don't think we are near 150M outstanding yet.
As dark as things are, all is not lost.
