Not a grammar nazi--more of a humor thing. I don't expect posts to be grammatically correct nor do I hold bad grammar and bad spelling against people. Getting the point across is much more important. Yes, I would expect Mr. Heddle to at least proof read his filings since spelling errors show he didn't even care enough to read his own BS before sending it off to all of his "loyal shareholders."
However emphasis should definitely be placed on thorough communication rather than grammar. For example, what hurdle is currently stopping sales and when Mr. Heddle expect those hurdles to be overcome?? If we believe Mr. Heddle, three customers wanting over thirty processors decided to just walk away from PTOI's "disruptive" technology...but shareholders aren't told why those potential customers didn't even want to test run the processor. Is it the price tag which made them leave?? Is it the lack of any evidence of value that made the potential customers turn up their noses?? Did EcoNav lie and these anonymous potential customers were simply fictitious?? Only Mr. Heddle knows and he doesn't feel shareholders should know.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
