Part of "the Process" according to this..
In order to achieve our goals, we will be recapitalizing the company.
In this process,
1) we have agreements in place which will eliminate approximately 80% of our current convertible debt allowing us to limit future share growth
2). We will accomplish this with several funding agreements and
3)an overall reduction in our authorized share structure
4) r/s ( maybe?)
