Hell, I would have paid DF the 52 grand for the number of shares he received. I would even tack on a 20% gratuity and done his year in the slammer for what he got in return in cash with those shares he took/gave himself from the company. Just sayin, IMO/ IMHO! lol

Actually now that I think about it, I did give him 52k+ but not near enough shares as he collected
