I think people get confused who is doing what and what news / updates are expected.
I would expect an update from Stock Dok at some point - not necessarily today - on how the retrospective shareholder vote will be conducted although it may not actually be required at all.
Remuda stated they would be "sharing $DIDG with the world" which I take to mean somehow publicizing what they think about the prospects for DIDG post-merger. Perhaps they want to buy more first today.
