Seems my daily posting of the FINRA short percentage is causing problems for some. The real problem is the shorts are in trouble with CTIX and longs are continuing to accumulate making their situation worse and all the while CTIX and its remarkable science continues moving forward in trials.

Abusive naked short selling is a problem in our markets to be sure. More and more cases of fines and prosecutions. I am looking forward to a sequel to "The Big Short" which exposed the criminal acts of Wall Street and mortgage fraud, only this time exposing abusive naked shorting. This time I hope more of the criminals are sentenced. Go CTIX!!!
