Are you saying you should be investigated for violating Rule 10b-5? Is this for your past dealings as a pump and dump artist? Is this related to TEXX and the pumping you did on that stock?
BTW, are there hard and fast rules for converting a dig and identify permit to a recovery permit? Or is it more of the type of thing that is determined on a case by case basis? So one person may need 3 items and another might need 10 or something completely different depending on their circumstances and the work completed. So FBAR may have told SFRX they only need three items to convert to recovery but you would never know that would you?
