Three things will move this stock forward. First, get the filings up to date. Secondly, file the 2015 10K on time. Third, publish some PRs and bring the investors up to date on what the company has been doing for over a year. I have not doubt the company is generating revenues. But I, for one, would like to see it in print. My gut says SCRC is worth anywhere in the .20 to .50 range. Time will tell.
