Actually he invested in the company and realized in early August of 2014 he had been duped by Kyle. He said there was no 80/20 agreement and he was right.
Also, there wasn't a judgement in this case. The Judge knew this was a sham lawsuit. Geez, read that garbage complaint Huffman wrote.
He could ban posters? Really?
All those pro SFRX mods can't restore posts?
They claimed they lost contracts ( plural). Then when confronted they admitted that was a lie.
The only ones that suffered loss were shareholders, according to the company. But the company suggest they are entitled to those losses.
How stupid is that? And how stupid is it to defend it?
Now the new attorney comes along and tries to tell me SFRX does NOT issues floor less convertible notes.
