Vulcan...you seemed pretty certain the TA was telling you the truth. Now you think they might be wrong? I don't know why they would have told you that in the first place if they didn't know with 100% certainty.
I disagree on the RS being the end. Look at PEIX. It was 15 cents a share and RS to mid-$3. It now traded in the 4-5 dollar range.
It can work but there needs to be something to back it up. I believe this company wouldn't be planning to uplist if they think they'd fall right back down in weeks or months. Levy has too much experience to make that mistake.
