It seems every week there's a new troll lurking...SP is now 25% below private placement which typically are 20% below market ...tells you something when BOD are part of the group investing. ..will be intersting to see if there are other bigger investors taking part and who they are.

I believe the company was/is unable to make news during a placement so hopefully they have some updates after its completed.
