There are two methods to uplist to AMEX where the pps is $3 and another two methods where the capital requirements are higher and the pps has to be $2.

I think they are going to go for the $2 method since the two where the pps has to be $3 requires two years of financials and profits and they are planning to uplist by the end of this year.
