I said I think there are about a dozen throughout the court filings. I am away from the computer right now.
But they said the Defendant didn't verify the agreement with the state, and he did. He posted the email from Roger Smith. That's when posters began trashing him. It's all documented and is what the SEC calls a pump and dump. Posters were misstating what the permit called for. Then SFRX put out a false PR about 3 items which a poster mentioned it 2 weeks earlier. That shows conspiracy between posters and the company.
But the false statements are numerous. And it's amazing the coins are being doubled down on. Everything is being documented.
The FBAR being deposed was a brilliant move.
The Defendant owned shares. He took up for Kyle until the first week in August. Most of his posts were positive until he realized Kyle was singing the same tune as the "advertising agency ".
