Letter to shareholders would make sense....typically, of course its funny to generate one at a random date but the debt payoff confirmation would be a great occasion (and could then include other business accomplishments/outlook).
I think it was suggested to the CEO few weeks ago and at least he seemed open and by now he might have processed the thought...just waits for a reasonable timing?!.
