I appreciate your optimism, but NTEK didn't file a Certificate Pursuant to NRS 78.209 (NRS 78.209). If they did, then I'd be inclined to believe it would be for an RS. Because they filed a Certificate of Designation, instead, I'm more inclined to believe it's for a partner or CFO—someone who is getting preferred shares.

Keep in mind, I'm learning as I go along, so I can be very wrong.
