With Lee holding 85% of all shares I doubt a R/S is in the works. The shares are for investment purposes which means buyout or acquisition IMO.
I think TALK/Lee will be bought out and Lee will be very rich. Remember Lee's salary is only $100,000.00 per year. He has to hold the shares (restricted) for six months before they can be exercised.
Six months from close is July.
