I have some good steel toed boots (with metatarsal guards) that are collecting dust right now. I can do some kicking!
I wrote papers in junior high that were more coherent with better supported arguments than the sh!t Rosen has thrown at the wall. I can only imagine how much the abdominal muscles of the Ashcroft attorneys hurt when they were done laughing at the second ammended complaint! Maybe they can counter sue for damages from the physical aguish of the mucles spasms they incurred as a result of the complaint.
