The key here is the cooperation. The only thing Adam Henry TD can post are links dated 18 months ago saying they were not cooperating. Nothing more sense than. Only things we already know.
They thought about it and and communication between the SEC and Treaty's defense most likely came to an agreement with cooperation this is what we will do.
Keep in mind TD, Rhonda ( against ) and hte others will reufse those facts all day. They are in denial as they will lose big money by this happening.
