And I'll bet that most businesses, and a few honest Republicans, agree that kind of spending is a 'force multiplier'. Much bigger bang for the buck immediately.....construction,,......and long term for obvious reasons.
So yeah Obama did PROPOSE and the GOP DID oppose.
I'm curios as to why or if you disagree on what the money raised would promote, or if you would disagree if the proposal was from a Republican president?
