Obama DID propose a corporate tax cut. it did propose infrastructure spending as part of the 'bargain.

There is NO disputing that, even from the GOP. The GOP didn't like what? Obama's PROPOSAL. The word comes up in a 'suspiciously' large number of reports, huh?

Bottom line, Obama proposed, Republicans.......declined. And it WAS during a presidential election year that you KNOW the GOP thought that they'd win, easily. It was in all the news and on the Intertoobz!
