No. Your math assumes they got the Series H for free. They paid $1K a share for it.
If they convert Series H for 1M shares of common and sell the common, they make $12,500 at these levels. Not $50K.
Each share of Series H is worth $1K each and it converts into common at 75% of the market price.
So (assuming market price is $0.05) they convert at $0.0375. So they make $0.0125 per share of common.
$0.0125 times 1 million is $12,500.
