I have heard that as well as some, if not all of the Fab 42 went thru an extensive and lengthy audit and there was found to be no mis appropriated funds.
In other words no hanky panky was discovered.
This the SEC is already aware of. Along with the fact that The FBI investigated some insiders after the Belize find out found no wrong doing. Hence they chose not to request charges being filed.
The SEC has record of this as well. And boy , did that sure piss off La Migra, The immigration officers Cox lined up to help frame Blackburn
