Smalls, again let me correct the record,
Not all the truth:
THE STIPULATED MOTION FOR ENTRY OF CONSENT FINAL JUDGMENT IS REJECTED IN PART 10/6/14 MJC
A little help, the part that is not rejected has final legal standing in that court.
You missed the IN PART of the Judgement. The Judge did not reject it all as you inferred. Opps, human error.
