I've been looking into how to get NOBO lists and other ways that votes can be cast to ratify the Emergency Custodian of DIDG as the President / CEO.

Found what I knew I'd seen before - Broadridge Financial Solutions provide NOBO lists and Virtual Shareholder Meeting options:

So - contrary to the nonsense posted elsewhere - very easy to organize a legally valid vote by a variety of methods.
