Pursuant to this now approved forward stock split, the Company rounded all shareholders with partial
shares of Common Stock up to the next even numbered share of common stock and issued to shareholders additional
common stock who ended up with 99 shares or less, to 100 shares of Common Stock (e.g. even lot).
