Why hasn't the company at the minimum renewed their business license?!?!?! They have been in default with Nevada for two+ months now!! Are they kidding?!

They can't come up with a lousy $3,275 to renew it?! The Registered Agent resigned and they STILL haven't even replaced them for two months either.
This tells me they are packing up their bags for sure here.
