Well since an annual financial statement and disclosure statement for NTGL were also filed yesterday, I'm thinkin this "designation" deals with the distribution of those specific NTGL shares some NTEK investors have been askin about... Course I'm jus speculating tho... Regardless, it shows some type of business is bein taken care of which is a positive thing. (JMO)
