My main issue was to ask the question, why would he do a buy back of common shares stock. Simple, he wouldn't. Why would he. Anyone on this board I think needs to ask this question. The cost is important to look into because it will determine whether or not a buy back will actually happen. So he says he won't do a r/s, what happens with those 2 billion shares when no one no longer wants them?
