Good point Cannibal. Whatever it is its a BIG DEAL
to be that many pages. I don't think its about a
possible R/S because for one it wouldn't take that
many pages and two if it was about the R/S the
details would be posted under AMENDMENT heading just
like all the other share structure changes there are
posted and details seen.

For some reason they didn't want to put any notes
about this DESIGNATION made public which adds
even more evidence its about a NEW CEO because
they don't want to make it PUBLIC just yet but they
did have to file the paperwork before it could be official.
