That is GREAT news CJ. What it really means is that this B/S with the SEC is not stopping anything with respect to the company doing business, and that the mere fact that Pepsi has not dropped them means that they expect a positive resolution to happen. They are to big and are not going to risk reputation behind some scam bullshit.
