70,044,331 shares issued and outstanding, with 8,439,296 shares restricted (500,000,000 shares authorized).
Unexpectedly 5M shares were added in the last 2 days.
CEO in a phone call today said he was sure MJ, LG, Tangiers, Vis Vires were all done...and will get back to TA to inquire where the lag came from.
He will be open to another call tomorrow to share info he gets.
He also said a PR to the paid off status is already prepared to be published asap upon confirmation by all lenders as well as by TA.
