I was impressed with the 10 k. I wasn't expecting any sales for the year! Yet there they were! I like the part about the shareholders which means what I knew about the longs holding onto their shares came true. I also knew that note holders weren't selling for pennies. SCIE held tough and did what they said and that is rare in the OTC!
