What difference does it make for any of us if this is and remains on the greys?!
If it does they will just take the drink private and that will be the end of FITX. All that matters right now is them getting off the grey market, if they don't this will go to zero soon and management will just make Giddy Up a private company or possibly, maybe more likely even, just take it out of FITX and find another shell to merge the company into.
