I wonder if topical application of Brilacidin to wounds might become the standard of care? I'm talking about minor skin scrapes etc. as discussed in the article.
What if Brilacidin were so safe for topical application (and, no worry of antibiotic resistance developing) that it became as common as bacitracin creams/sprays for minor wounds?
