I stopped by the Buffalo Ranch Construction Site yesterday afternoon
wow!!
The Head House floor is poured and the Green House has all of the drains in and they said it will be poured on Thursday
There was a stack of materials out by the 3 hoop house pads (they call them seasonal green houses) They are not plastic or a temporary structures they are solid with concrete pilings and solid bi-carbonate panels.
The site water main from the well is insane. looping the property for the future of 16 hoop houses is a 6" water main. At the top of the property there is a tee (in the picture below) that is for what the back hoe worker said was for future footprints like the current 5 phase build out to continue the water system throughout the entire 35 acres. Also at the top of the hill were two additional tee's with these huge ball valve shutoffs for two 5,000 gallon water storage tanks in case of emergency needs.
This facility is going to be crazy!!
