As I have checked over the due diligence you have given which I appreciate so much. I have come to this conclusion. There will be a r/s. Why would a CEO buy back 2 billion shares of common stock. I know of no CEO that would do this. They would have to put in an 8k filing that they will never do a r/s again for me to buy any shares. All the other information doesn't matter because the r/s is what takes away my money. This is all in my opinion of course. Can anyone actually dispute this.
